Xanthoparmelia Scabrosa

Xantoparmelia scabrosa is a lichen growing on stems of trees in much of the southern regions of the worlds. A lichen is a combination of a phostosynetsing microorgaqnism, an alga or a cyanobacterium,  and a fungus.

Generally the hyphens of the fungus gives the organism its structure and the other organism is spread between the hyphens. The fungus controles its own growth and also the growt of the other organism. The species of fungi being part of the lichen generally cannot grow without the green organism. The green orgnism can grow on its own, in some environments better than it can as a part of a lichen and in other environments worse.

Medical effects of xantoparmelia scabrosa

The effects of the herb is little investigated scientifically in a strictly rigorous sense, but there are a vast number of users that can tell about the positive effects.

Cnidium and especially cnidium monnieri

- Penis exercises: In some of these exercises one is pulling at the penis in different manners for some time, and thus one is gradually stretching the penis longer. It is also necessary to control the pulling strength very well to achieve an effect, and at the same time to avoid hurting the penis. In other exercises one uses the muscles in the intimate zone to improve the physiological function of the penis and the surrounding intimate organs.
