What is the G-Spot?

A woman has the ability to get orgasm from the stimulation of the G-spot as well as from clitorial stimulation. The G-spot is an area located under the vaginal front wall just at the back of the pubic bone. The G-spot extends from here in a frontwords direction until it reaches the root of the clitoris.

In fact the G-spot and the clitoris is one continous body that go deep inside from the area between the upper part of the major lips to the upper part of the vagina.

How to find the G-spot

Either the women herself or her partner can find her G-spot by palpating with the longest finger inside her vagina.

She should lay on her back with a pillow under her buttocks, with her knees bent up, her legs somewhat spread and her feet flat on the bed.

Then insert the longest finger deep inside the vagina towards the navel, and press deeply against the front wall of the vagina.

When the G-spot is hit, she will easily feel it, and the area will upon fingering and massage become swollen, just as the clitoris or a mans penis.

By continous stimulation the swelling and firmness may become considerable.  What you have found is in fact the counterpart in a women to a mans sexual organ.

How do I stimulate the G-spot?

Having found the G-spot, the women may be stimulated towards the climax by persistent massaging some time. The massaging should be done fairely deep, but still gently. By variating the technique during the massage, the area is stimulated in several ways, the extitement gets higher and the feelings more intence:
You may press down and slip up again with your finger at the vaginal wall. You may use a circular massage, a movement in and out in the direction towards the navel or from side to side.
By stimulating the clitoris at the same time as the G-spot, she would get a double stimulation accompanied by intence sensations,

Other positions for G-spot stimulation

The G-spot may be better stimulated during intercourse if she attends the "doggy" position and the man places himself behind her buttocks.
By letting the women lie on her belly with her legs spread apart, the intercourse will greatly stimulate her G-spot. But this position is difficult for the man, and good cooperation between the women and the man is neccessary to hinder the penis to slip out again and to hinder the position to be unpleacent for the man.
With the woman laying on her belly, it is also easy for the partner to stimulate the area between her vagina and her anus with his fingers. Anal stimulation at the same time as vaginal stimulation is also possible in this position.
 

Some additional phenomanas during  G-spot stimulation

By G-spot stimulation, the glands in the vaginal walls get activated and she may actually ejaculate a small amount of white or clear fluid when she climaxes.
Some women get a feeling of the need to urinate during G-Spot stimulation. This may in fact add to the pleasure and exitement, but is unpleacent if the feeling gets too strong. It is a good idea to urinate before the play.
 

About Pegging

Pegging constitutes a sexual practice in which a woman penetrates a man's anus with a strap-on dildo. The word originates from a winning entry in a June 21, 2001, contest in Dan Savage's Savage Love sex advice column. In the column, it was a specifically heterosexual term; the competition was held after an observation was made that there was no common name for the practice of females penetrating heterosexual men with a dildo. Because the term is quite new, many people use different terms for "pegging", such as "bend over boyfriend" (commonly shortened to BOB) from the popular video series of the same title.

Ways of doing pegging

A woman can peg with a dildo stuck to a strap-on just in fromt og of her vulva. She can perform pegging by means of a double ended dildo of whch one end goes into her vagina and the other into the rectum of the man. It is also possible to peg with a double ended butt-plug where one end goes into the anus of the woman and the other into the man's anus.

Enjoyment

The act of pegging can be enjoyable for both partners. Men may like stimulation of the anus, rectum, and adjacent organs, particularly the prostate and the deeper areas of the rectum, provided that enough lubricant is used. Pegging has recently been featured in a number of erotic movies; the first pegging scene (long before the term was developed) appears to have been in the non-pornograohic 1970 film Myra Breckinridge, although it was not explicit.

The first such explicit scene is believed to have occurred in the 1976 film The Opening of Misty Beethoven. A few instructional movies and books have emerged in recent years, including Bend Over Boyfriend, produced by sex educator Carol Queen. In the 21st century, female-to-male strap-on porno has suddenly become a flourishing industry in the U.S., with such a high market value that a number of studios focused primarily on this subject started producing dedicated series about it. The most notable ones are Strap It On (black women on white men), Babes Balling Boys, which currently has sixteen editions, Strap-on Sirenz, Strap-on Chicks, Boss Bitches, which currently has over two dozen editions, various movies produced by LEDA Studios, and San Francisco-based Men In Pain. It is unclear what triggered the increasing popularity of this genre, but there are now several hundred exclusively pegging titles as well as twice as many more bisexual and straight films with strap-on scenes.

Well-known female porno stars who have professed an enjoyment of strap-on pegging with male partners include Taylor Wane, Brittany Andrews, and Monique Covét. When questioned about her particular kink Monique Covét memorably replied, "If we women have to take it from behind, then why not a man?" Most recently, pegging was featured in the television show Weeds, during the episode "Crush Girl Love Panic," in a scene where Andy Botwin, expecting to have sex with Yael Hoffman in her apartment, is surprised when she refuses to have vaginal sex with him, and dons a large strap on.

A similar scene was also featured in the UK comedy Peep Show. Jeremy and his girlfriend decide to act out each other's biggest fantasy. After having Jeremy's threesome, his girlfriend takes him to a bedroom. He doesn't know what she intends; she turns around and is wearing a large strap-on. Channel 4's Manchester based comedy/drama Shameless also regularly features Sheila, Frank Gallagher's wife in strap on episodes. There is also a pegging scene in the movie The Acid House based on the book of the same name by Irvine Welsh.
