Many words for sexual body parts originate from Latin. Latin nouns have five-six case forms in singular and plural, although forms may fall together, making fewer distinct forms. The words may be encountered in any of these forms in several circumstanses. Here are the forms of the words Penis, Clitoris, Vagina and Anus and the maaning of the forms.

Some general remarks about latin

Lain has three genders: masculine, fnimine and neuter. And six cases. The cases determine which sentence part a noun is, and are often used instead of prepositions in English. Where perpositions are used in Latin, the preposition determines the case form.

You can often, but not allways see from the ending in the nominative what gender the word has. The gender partly decides what endings the noun gets, and determines what ending set and accompanying adjective wil have. The adjective uses endings that often are identical to those of the noun.

Masculine: Nom.sing: -us, -s, -is, or no ending - Nom.plur. -i, -es

Feminine: Nom.sing. -a, -s, -is - Nom.plur -ae, -es

Neuter: Nom.sing: -um, -e, or no ending - Nom.plur -a, -ia

In these words of latin origine, the latin nominativ plural is usually considered to be the correct plural form instead of the regular English plural. Other latin cases than nominative is not used in independent parts of speach in English sentenses, however the other cases are sometimes encountered in medical and scientific experssions, especially the genitive.

The accusative forms are often used after a preposition  denoting movement to some place. The ablative forms are most often used after a preposition denoting being at a place or going from a place. The ablative alone is sometimes used in the meaning with or from. The dative alone is sometimes used in the meaning to or for.

Latin had many loanwords from Greek. The greek language has a case inflection very similar to the latin one. However, the nominative singular often have -os and -on where latin has -us and -um.

Loose weight: If you are obese, some of your penis may actually be embedded in the fat around your pubic area. By loosing weight, more of your penis will be visible. A lot of fat also isolate your sensorial nerve bodies from the surroundings, and you wil get less stimulation during sexual activities. This will dimish the erections, and your penis will look smaller.

Be sexually active: There is a natural low stating: Bodily part being extensively used, will increase in shape and improve in performance, disused anatomical structures will on the contrary dimish. Therefore it is important to be sexually active dayly, either through lovemaking with another person or by masturbation.
