How to Maximize Youth, health and Sexual Capacity

The capasity to perform during the sexual act, the ability to achieve orgasm, the fertility and the ability to enjoy the sexual act are at the greatest if one is healthy and the body and mind has youthful properties. Youthfull properties does not require a person to be young. It is possible for even old persons to still preserve many aspects of a young body and mind.  It is also possible to regain health and many aspects of youth.

Some anatomical structures and physiological functions are more important for the sexual life than others. Sexual capacity is specially dependent of these body parts and functions being healthy and youthful. These are:

-  The blood circulation leading to the genital area and conducting the blood stream inside this area.

-  The nervous network leading to the genital organs and pelvic area.

-  The central nervous system.

-  The hormonal system. This consits of excretions of hormones distributed to the whole body and local hormones.

Here are explained the lifestyle components necessary to keep oneself young and healthy, and to improve bodily structures and functions necessary for a high sexual capacity.

1. As a base for your the diet, you should use a blending of natural, unaltered food sources. The main ingrediets in your food should be: Whole corn bread and cereals, peas, beans, vegetables, fruit, fish, mushroms, fouls, nuts, almonds, sunflower seeds and seafood.

2. You can also eat lean red meat, but only in moderate amounts.

3. You should consume just a moderate amount of fat.

4. Much of the  fat you consume, should be of the type mono-unsaturated. This kind of fat will help to keep the blood vessels clean and healthy, and help maintain a healthy blood supply to the genital organs. This type of fat can be found in these sources and oils extracted from these sources: olive, canola, rape, almonds, peanuts, cashew pecan, hickory, hazel nuts, pistachio, macadamia, filbert and avocado. Much of the oils you add to the food or use in warm cooking should come from this group.

5. You should also consume food containing omega-3-fat.  The fatty acids in these types of fat are very important for the hormonal and nervous functions, because these fatty acids are used as raw materials for hormone syntesis. This type of fat is also important for the structure and function of the nervous system. Therefore omega-3-fat is important to keep the sexual functions healthy and vigorous. 

Omega-3-fat is found in fish, seafood, fish oil, rape oil, other marine oils, flaxseeds, flaxseed oils.

It is good to  add some oils from this group to your dishes in order to get enough omega-6, but these oils should not be used for frying or warm cooking. These oils are easily oxidized and chemically altered by heating, and then harmful substances are produced.

6. You should take a supplement of the fatty substance lecitine. The components of lecitine are used as structural building blocks in the brain and nerves. They are also used to manufacture nervous transmittor substances and many hormones. Therefore lecitine is extremely important for the sexual performance, sexual excitement and orgasmic power.

7. One also needs poly-unsaturated fat of the type omega-6. Also this type of fatty acids are used as raw materials for making hormones.  These oils also contribute to keeping blood vessels clean and open. However you should not consume too much of it. Too much omega-6 will cause destruction of body tissues by oxidative processes and inflammatory processes. Also these inflammatory processes will destroy your blood vessels. Some amount of omega-6 is therefore good for your sexual physiology, but very much of it is very bad for the sexual physiology. If you however only use these kinds of oils in your cooking, you will get too much omega-6.

This type of fat is found in many vegetable sources and oils from these,  like sunflower, safflower, grape seed, cotton seed, soy, walnut, corn, sesame and wheat germ.

Omega-6-oils are more robust to heat than omega-3-oils, but will be destroyed to some degree by frying. Even though it is usual to use soy oil or other of these plant oils for frying, it is not recommended.

6. The consumption of saturated fat should be very moderate. This type of fat is found in red meat, milk and palm oil. Too much of these kinds of fat will clogg the blood vessels and thus be bad for the blood supply to the genital area.

7. You should consume no or just a very little amount of sugar, refined flour or refined cereals.

8. Enjoy only a moderate consume of tranquilizers/stimulants as alcohol and coffeine, but in moderate amounts these contribute help to slow down the aging process and keep your blood supply healthy.

9. Absolute no smoking or tobacho usage.

10. Supplements of specific nutritional components like vitamins, minerals, and some essential fatty acids can be useful.

11. Supplements of certain herbal extracts can help to increase the sexual response and rebuild damaged structures in the sexual organs. Many herbs can contribute to this goal, and several of them are typically blended in herbal sexual enhancer products: Ginseng, damiana, yohimbe, hawthorn, catuaba, cayenne fruit, cuscuta, baybarry, black cohosh, ginger, ginkgo bilboa and more. 12. Supplements of specific anti-aging agents like anti-oxidants or human growth hormone. Blueberry has good anti-oxidant properties. Ginseng, (espesially red ginseng ), hawthorn fruit (crataegi) and cayenne fruit stimulate tissue regeneration and are therefore potent anti-aging remedies.

13. Get regular that both givesa muscular load, work up your condition and stretches out your body. To stretch out, yoga-exercises are ideal.

14. Adequate rest and stress-reduction. Daily meditation is a method of achieving this. Natural relaxing agents or spesific tools for meditation or relaxation may also be useful.

15. Use of spesific anti-aging agents to apply upon the skin surface.

16. Protect your skin against excessive sun exposure, but it is no need to totally avoid sun ecposure.
