Before you have physical sex it is often useful to sit down to relax and stress down some minutes. When relaxing listen to some calming but sensual music, look at some erotic pictures and drink a cup of coffee or tea of good quality. Then take off your clothes in a relaxed manner, part by part. These simple measures will often set you in a state where your body and mind is totally relaxed in maqny ways, where all your worries are out of your mind, but at the same time you are intensely sexually excited.

Using the right music can greatly increase your sexual arousal. First of all, the music must be a part of the background environment. The volum mut be turned down so that the music do not disturbe talking or make it impossible to hear other sounds, but still be clearly heard. The melody should be fairly simple and clearly interpretable, but the melody can still change and evolve during the playing.. The music should be fairly rhythmic without being harsh or heavy. The text is also important. Having the interior in discrete brown, red-brown, red or violet shadings, and combining these with some brighter and more distinctly red or violet object, is a way of using colours to get aroused. The brighter object can for example be the carpet you lie upon.

Also other bright colours on the carpet and other discrete objects can be a good idea, especially bright blue. Using a strongly blue carpet, that contrasts with red or reddish shadings in the rest of the room, will often give a very exciting effect.

Having underclothes in bright red shadings or red combined with bright shadings of other colours can also be very exciteing. Taking a relaxing warm bath before you begin your erotic adventure of the evening and night can greatly help to get you into the right mood. Fill the bath tub with pleasantly warm water, Add some soap or foaming remedy that have a sensual scent. The scent of the product should be spicy like the scent of cinamon or the like. It should not be the scent of flower or chemical-like.

Then lay and relax for a good time in the bath tub. If the bath-tub is big enough, lay together and caress each other in a relaxing way. But get out of the bathtub before the water has cooled.
